Energy in motion.
So much of what weighs on us is energy that has stopped moving: held in the body, the mind, or the spirit. The work of Therapy in Emotion is to help that energy flow again, gently and at your pace.
Sessions are warm and unhurried. We might talk, work with Reiki and the breath, or simply make space for stillness. There is no single right way, only what feels right for you.

Hello, I'm Stephanie.
My path into this work began with the healing arts. I trained in Reiki, went on to study spiritual psychotherapy at the Transformational Arts College of Toronto, and have spent years supporting people through emotional and energetic work.
Therapy in Emotion grew from a simple belief: we heal most fully when we care for the whole person, mind, body and spirit, not just the surface. I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
